Chris Hewitson

Chris is a Director of Inside Infrastructure and leads the Utility and Water Resources and Environmental service areas. Chris’s capabilities stem around relationships and the development and growth of people and services. Chris brings a practical and innovative approach to the early stages of project development and business case delivery based on his experience delivering major water treatment facilities, flood alleviation schemes and water transfer projects.
Craig Headon
Director | Mining & Resources | Advisory Services
Craig is a Director of Inside Infrastructure overseeing the Mining and Resources and Advisory Services teams and corporate operations. Craig supports the mining and resource sector with water related strategy, planning, studies and the delivery of infrastructure projects related to asset renewal, growth and compliance.
Chris Hughes
Principal Advisor | Advisory Services
Chris manages the Advisory Services team and is a certified and experienced project management professional and engineer with over 20 years’ experience in consulting. He has led large multidisciplinary teams to study and deliver major infrastructure and environmental programs and projects. These have been in client-side roles for mining and government clients in both Australia and Europe and delivered program management and advisory services to Government and the private sector.
Matthew Baines
Principal Advisor | Mining & Resources
Matt manages the Mining and Resources team and has over 15 years of engineering experience within the water industry. His technical capability has ensured involvement in the most important water projects in South Australia. He has worked on a range of mining and water sector projects and has managed teams that have developed projects through the options phase, business case development, engineering and construction.

Innovative, professional and precise, Shaun takes a result-oriented and solutions-focused approach to project and business management, having successfully led complex projects in Australia, Africa, Europe, Asia and the USA.
Loreline Kerlidou

Loreline has delivered research, operations and engineering roles in France and across Australia. Loreline has managed pilot plant operations to assess process innovations, developed industry guidelines for the water utility sector and reviewed the performance and compliance of water assets for municipal and mining water providers throughout Australia.
Martin Kennedy

Martin is a water industry professional with three decades of experience. Martin supports water providers in determining the most cost-effective approach to meet service level requirements. Martin also provides advice to mining and resource clients on how to best manage, operate and maintain their water assets.
Alfonzo Perez Estebanez
Senior Advisor | Mining & Resources
Alfonso brings over 17 years’ experience and knowledge in water engineering through various roles across the utility, mining and construction sectors in Australia, Spain and the UK. Alfonso has numerous publications in Dam Engineering and in 2009 was Spain’s Civil Engineering Institute “National Young Engineer of the Year”.
Ed Johnstone

Ed has delivered in project, program and portfolio management roles for government, private companies and research organisations and is a highly regarded member of the Australian Institute of Project Management. Ed has formal education in both medical sciences and engineering and has undertaken management/consultancy roles in pharmaceutical, health facilities (including the Mayo Clinic in the USA), heavy construction, environmental protection, mining, power, water and transport sectors.
Elle Maclure

Elle specialises in strategic advisory, stakeholder engagement, and change management with extensive experience working with all departments of the public sector within South Australia, Queensland and Victoria including 10 years working with Health and providing advisory services to the private sector. She partners well with technical expertise, is confident in the delivery of large and complex initiatives and provides expert advice, recommendations and high-quality defensible reports to support decision making.
Richard Cawley

Richard is an experienced utilities professional who has led and improved the organisational maturity of regulatory submissions for one of Australia’s largest water utilities and provided regulatory advice in consulting roles across South Australia, Victoria, Queensland, and Tasmania. He has managed multi-million-dollar civil engineering, waste to energy production, environmental improvement and business change projects across Australia and the UK.
